MERLIN partners delivered the third MERLIN workshop on “Customer Discovery” on October 2018. With a participation of 79 participants, attendees where introduced to this methodology, which puts the client in the middle of the business development process.

Specifically, during this workshop participants:

  • Understand how Customer Discovery guides business models
  • Have the knowledge and tools to conduct Customer Discovery independently
  • Understand the characteristics of Minimum Viable Product
  • Know the steps to achieve Customer Validation
