MERLIN partners delivered the third MERLIN workshop on “Customer Discovery” on October 2018. With a participation of 79 participants, attendees where introduced to this methodology, which puts the client in the middle of the business development process.
Specifically, during this workshop participants:
- Understand how Customer Discovery guides business models
- Have the knowledge and tools to conduct Customer Discovery independently
- Understand the characteristics of Minimum Viable Product
- Know the steps to achieve Customer Validation
