The first round of workshops on “Lean Startup” methodology was delivered by MERLIN partners over April 2018. This 4h workshop presented the “Lean Startup” methodology with simple cases and practical case studies and exercises. Specifically, the main objectives of the workshop were:

1. Understand the 5 key elements of Lean Startup methodology
2. Learn how to independently apply Lean Startup principled approach to new product development
3. Understand how using this methodology desired product/service can get to the customers’ hands faster
