The first round of workshops on “Business Model Canvas” (BMC) was delivered by MERLIN partners over June 2018. This 4h workshop described the different parts of the BMC with some exercises and left some time for discussion. Specifically, the main objectives of the workshop were:

1. Understand the use of BMC as a tool to assess and focus business development.
2. Can independently develop a BMC.
3. Understanding the use and application of BMC in the context of other methodologies.
