The third MERLIN course in Spain will be organized in Universidad de Alcalá, in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. It will follow the same structure of previous courses delivered at Santiago de Compostela and Bilbao: 4 practical workshops, presenting current methodologies and tools to help participants design and evaluate the potential of their product/service, and 4 tutoring sessions to guide and help attendees develop their business idea. The themes of these workshops are as follows:

1. Generate value → September the 17th
2. Understand the customer → October the 1st
3. Define a business model → October the 22nd
4. Present the business model and protect it → November the 5th
